Head on over to the contact page and fill out the enquiry form to get things going. Once you have submitted your request, please allow up to 48 hours to hear back from us with a booking confirmation. If the date you have requested isn’t available we will send back some available dates and we can go from there.

This is completely up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable and confident in. Some things to think about is whether or not you will be displaying the pieces in your home (hopefully you will be) in that case think about the colours and tones you have in your house. Different textures & neutral colours work beautifully together, think knits, linen & satin, but if patterns and colours are your vibe please wear this because we want to represent you and your personality. Try and plan ahead especially if you have booked a couples or family session to make sure your outfits are somewhat coordinated, this doesn’t mean you all have to match, more-so that you go for a look with either similar tones or you plan more of a contrasting look between participants.

Low light conditions are best for outdoor sessions, early morning or late afternoon when it’s beautifully still and the sun is low and the lighting is perfect. If you are planning a family shoot we understand that certain times can be hard, so think about whether an early morning or evening session suits you better! Kids can get quite bored during sessions so feel free to bring snacks & drinks to keep the little ones happy!

If you have booked an outdoor session we will keep an eye on the weather leading up to your shoot day. If you have booked a morning session we will discuss the conditions the night before, and for afternoon shoots it will be the morning of that we will make the call to reschedule. Heavy rain, hail & storms are an obvious no go for your outdoor session. If your chosen day is forecasting strong wind it will depend on the chosen location and whether or not it is safe to do the session. We will do our best to reschedule asap however it will depend on our availability.

We are located in The Yarra Valley but we do travel, so if you have a special place in mind we can definitely organise that. If you want to leave the location up to us we have a few favourite spots that we can suggest! We also do in home sessions too!
There may be a small travel fee depending on the chosen location of your shoot.
